Why Bansko?
Being located on Bansko-Razlog plateau we are there at 1000m above sea level. We avoid the summer heat and take advantage of the mountains’ freshness. This will be fantastic beautiful ride in and between the three biggest mountains not only in Bulgaria but on the Balkans. Rila National Park with the highest peak on the Balkan Peninsula – Musala (2925m) and UNESCO reserves, Pirin National Park with UNESCO reserves and mysterious Rodopi – native place of Orpheus.
Bansko is a small ski resort. In the area there are nice hot thermal springs.
The 3 big mountains are full of trails for ALL LEVEL hiking, running and a real PARADISE for Mountain Biking. Small isolated villages, local people, local rural life, tasty fruits and vegetables coming from the valleys, lots of local taverns - MEHANA…. are some of the unique features of that amazing area.Pirin – Bansko single tracks
